Sales Expert
Responsibilities:
  • Work towards maximising company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service, in order to deliver an engaged experience to every customer, every time
  • Build relationships with and manage customer database through consistent communication and expert advice
  • Be style focused with an eye for design
  • Develop, share and apply product expertise for client proposals
  • Be the ambassador of the brand by storytelling and hosting clients in-store

    Requirements:
  • Candidates with experience in furniture products will be prioritized
  • Applicants with experience in space-planning, interior design and decoration will be an advantage
  • Confident with client interfacing while consulting ideas and solutions
  • Ability to multi-task is vital to this role as you will be collaborating on several projects
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A minimum diploma in Interior Design or Interior Decoration will be a plus
  • Software Proficiency to include: Google Docs, Microsoft Office

    Interior Stylist (Sales)
    Responsibilities:
  • Assesses and meets client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conducts on-site observations
  • Provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects
  • Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills
  • Create mood boards to communicate design concepts to clients
  • Select design strategies and colour palettes to create cohesive, sophisticated and aesthetically pleasing environments
  • Enhances and improves interior spaces; functionality by modifying architectural elements and arranging furnishings, artwork, and decor.
  • Participate in regular networking opportunities and actively develop a client base
  • Perform research and maintain a working knowledge of trends and new developments in the interior design and architecture worlds
  • Works closely with various colleagues, including sales associates, customer service executives, designers and managers.

    Requirements:
  • Min. Diploma holder in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Experience in furniture or fashion retail is an advantage
  • Excellent reading and written language skills
  • Basic arithmetic, exceptional communication and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCad is an advantage.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays

    Corporate Sales Executive
    Responsibilities:
  • Acquire and develop sales opportunities through a combination of channels, including but not limited to referrals, networking, cold calls and face to face meetings, build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Drive the entire sales process: prioritise and target top accounts, identify solutions, negotiate product pricing and contracts, and close the sale through contract completion
  • Build a comprehensive profile of client organisation decision makers and seek to get visibility and audience up and across the client organization
  • Develop and build relationships with new potential influencers or specifiers
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with existing specifiers
  • Provide excellent customer service and after sales service
  • Respond quickly and effectively to all sales enquiries and follow up diligently with those enquiries
  • Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments; understanding account requirements and making initial presentations
  • Arrange for presentations or business appointments with potential clients about new developments in the company’s products
  • Prepare quotation and follow-up with potential clients closely
  • Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
  • Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
  • Maintain knowledge of economic activities within the FF&E and interior design industry to propose business strategies for company’s growth
  • Recommend new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.
  • Participate in networking or designer events / exhibitions when needed
  • Any other ad-hoc matters that is required

    Job Requirements:
  • Singaporean only
  • Candidate must possess at least a
  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field
  • Adequate sales experience is preferred
  • Knowledge on space planning, furniture, material and finishing will be an added advantage
  • Candidates with experience with Autocad / Sketchup / 3D rendering software is a plus
  • Well versed with Microsoft Words/Excel/Project
  • Possess energy, integrity, great personality, and a positive attitude
  • Great personality and excellent communication and IT fluency
  • Creative talents and the ability to solve problems
